Anyone add chai to their brew?

Go to your local bakery, grocery store, Jason's Deli... and ask them for their buckets. Generally they will give them to you for free since they can only be used once. I use them for my sauerkraut, sour pickles and kimchi ferments. My booch production is only 1 gallon a week, but if I were to expand, I have many buckets. Many... like a ton of them.

Edit: so that is about as far as I went in my own personal analysis - $76 + S&H + other incidental materials + some tools + hassle of forming a pot to get about a 14 gallon vessel versus $120ish total for a 15.5 gallon container shipped to my door.
